Food Allergies & Gluten Sensitivity
This service focuses on diet specifics for IgE food allergies (soy, dairy, wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts,
seafood, etc..) or gluten sensitivity. The client is provided with information on the importance of a balanced diet, proper carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, vitamin and mineral needs, fiber, as well as nutrients needed through diet and/or supplements all with a basis of being allergen or gluten free. Consultations include allergen or gluten free meal and menu planning, grocery shopping, label reading, eating out, snacks, holidays, etc. A variety of references and resources are provided to assist in client success.
