Payment

Payment is required at time of service.  We accept Flexible Spending Credit Cards, American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, Cash and Personal Checks.  If your health insurance covers nutrition counseling, we can provide you with what is referred to as a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.  You will need to fully understand your providers policies on this coverage.  We know longer work directly with any health insurance companies due to the difficulty contacting them and obtaining payments.  We are able to keep more reasonable costs for our patients by not having to charge for administrative time.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy or you will be charged for your missed appointment.
